SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

HIGHBRATION ORGANICS offers free shipping on all domestic orders over $200. Any orders that are under this value will be charged a shipping rate of $12. This figure is highly variable currently and may change at any time due to shipping disruptions across Australia. The shipping amount at checkout will be the up-to-date and correct amount if the two figures differ.

All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post & dispatched within 2 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends)
Shipping days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, any order made over the weekend will be shipped Monday.
Orders after 11 am on the shipping day will be shipped on the following shipping day.
Example - You place your order at 10:59 am on Monday it will be shipped that day.
Place your order at 11:15 am it will be shipped on Wednesday.
Once shipped you will receive a fulfilment email with your tracking number.

The option for express shipping is available at the checkout for $15.

If your order requires reshipping for reasons such as the item being returned to us, and the issue lays at fault with the sender, the sender will be required to pay for the cost of resending the item.
If the reshipping is at the fault of HIGHBRATION ORGANICS, then HIGHBRATION ORGANICS will pay for the item/items to be re-shipped.

All orders are sent with masking tape around the box. If you receive your order and the tape has been tampered with or has been removed, please let us know asap so we can file an inquiry with Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

HIGHBRATION ORGANICS is available in a selection of countries.

- Shipping to NZ will incur a flat rate of $15.
- Shipping to USA, Canada, France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Bali will incur a flat rate of $25.

All orders are sent with tracking.

International orders may take between 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on where you are located. If your order has not arrived after 3 weeks, please check your tracking information before contacting our customer service.

If your country is not listed above and you would like an estimation of how much the shipping would be & how long your order could take, please feel free to email us and we would be happy to look it up for you.

Please note, HIGHBRATION ORGANICS is not responsible for any international customs fees that may occur or for any items that may be held within customs. If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and organise for their order to clear customs.

RETURN & REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchases. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been dispatched. 

Highbration Organics will not be held responsible for any fraudulent orders that are processed and shipped as per the order details of the cardholder.

By using this site you accept that you are responsible for your own financial security and for ensuring all orders placed in your name are true and correct.

If you suspect that an order has been placed fraudulently in your name and contact is made prior to the order being shipped. Highbration Organics will cancel the order and refund you, bar any transaction fees incurred as part of the refund process.

If you are able to return the products in their original condition, Highbration Organics may at our own discretion decide to refund you the total of the order on the return of said products and once confirmation of product condition is made.

The user whose name is on the order shall be responsible for any shipping expenses incurred as part of the above process.

If any item in your order is damaged before you receive it or you have received the wrong item, make sure you contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to file a refund/returns claim.
